IRCTC I-ticket faulty server booking I tried to book ticket with IRCTC on 22 Sept 2011. I had a tour plan and booked two tickets it was successful. When I tried to book final return journey tickets back home, the same confirmation menu from Indian overseas bank site appeared and payment id was flashed. . Today morning when I checked booked tickets status, I could not see the last ticket. I got tensed up and checked bank statement, and it showed the amount as being debited on 22nd September, 2011. Then I checked with mail status of tickets booked in my email ID, I did not get any email status. As usual I called up call centre with poor response. And mailed customer again poor response. Tried to book a ticket for June 9 2012 and everything was fine till payment gateway but after that when i submitted the card details this message came.

My self Gulam Rabbani" had booked a ticket from Mirzapur to Aligarh on 6 April 2012, Sleeper class as soon as I confirmed the paymen with ATM Cum debit card no & Pin the server flashed:

Is my ticket booked or not, I didn't got any confirmation message.

I also got the same error while booking the tickets today.
When I paid the amount through UBI bank account no 5282XXXXXX12000 and clicked on the confirm, it expired the page with the error

Very strange the amount is withdrawn from the bank but ticket not booked & not receive the conformation about ticket...

Yesterday (29.05.2012 at 5.10pm approx.) I Lakshmi Narayan booked a ticket from irctc website. The booked ticket is from H. Nizamuddin to Chennai Central for dated 30.06.2012.The passenger's name is Lakshmi Narayan (42yrs). The Train number and name is 12270 & Madras Duranto. My irctc ID is lakshmiptl. The class of booked Ticket is SLEEPER. The amount Rs. 815/- deducted from my SBI account, but ticket not generated. My email ID is: [protected]@rediffmail.com.
I am seeking help from you for refunding the amount Rs. 815/- in my SBI account at the earliest.
