Irctc — To refund the charges due to Non travelling | |||
Subject- Complain against PNR -[protected] ,[protected] ,[protected] ,[protected] for non travelling in Purshottam Exp/No-12802 on 25-sep-2012 due to late arrival of Danapur Tata Exp. Dear sir, we the passenger were travelling on 25-sep-2012 from jasidih railway station to Tata by Danapur Tata Express, but the train was 3 hours late and reached at Tata in 9:30PM for which we all the 22 number of passengers failed to board in Purshottam Express at Tata to Puri against the above PNR No in the Train No 12802/ Purshottam Express. Further we travelled from Tata to puri by bus on the next day on 26-sep-2012 . So we request you , to refund the ticket fare for the above passengers as we could not travelled on 25-sep-2012 by Train No 12802/ Purshottam Express from Tata to puri . Thanks and Regards.
