Irctc — unable to booking tickets | |
i m not able to booking my tickets whether i've made my user id that is harasr in IRCTC ,,and also i've registered my email id in cleartrip that is [protected]@gmail.com but while booking the tickets one dialog box is appears in which two options have given first one is (Register for a new IRCTC Account ) and second one is (Sign in to your existing IRCTC Account) but when i choose the second option i have to enter my cleartrip user id or IRCTC user name and after entering it shows an error and i get failed while booking my tickets please help me what kind of procedure should i do....plz sir..... i m unable to sign up which ever mb no i give they say it is already registered if so i should b given a user id and password please help
