[Resolved]  IRCTC Website — Refund not received from IRCTC

Dear Mam/Sir
I have canceled my two ticket Of two person and got the refund for only person for both the tickets.IRCTC has send me the details of refunded amount as follows:

But my account has received 625 and 147 once.Its more than a month i am contacting both the banker and IRCTC , both are blaming each other and none is ready to take the responsiblity.

I am attaching my bank statement too.

Please do the needfull.
