I was tried to Book a ticket on[protected] from Parbhani to Rajasthan through irctc for the train KAKINADA EXPRESS,
Money was deducted from My Andhra bank Account, but ticket was not booked.kindly resolve my compliant.

IRCTC.co.in — The amount Rs.2114 deduct from my account but ticket not booked and refund also not made through www.irctc.co.in

taday i try to book tatkal ticket from nasik to mughalsarai train no.2336 and second time from pune to varansi train no.1039 through irctc.co.in, at that time the amount of Rs.1084 first time and second time Rs.1030 deducted from my state bank banking account but ticket was not booked yet. and amount of both transaction total Rs. 2114 not refunded to my account.

I had booked ticket through irctc.co.in for journey mettupalayam to chennai on date 26.05.2010 and 28.05.2010. Due to some reason the train was cancelled. But the amount paid by me is not yet recieved. I had gone through enquiry of railway station but they advised me to make cancellation your ticket through internet. So till now i have not refund my money ( Rs 1762.00) for 1 tickets. The details ticket booking history is given below

On (31/05/2010) I have done an online transaction to purchase a e-ticket on 2176 Chambal Exp from dabra (m.p) to chitrakoot(u.p) boarding on 22/06/2010 for Sri Shyam k agrawal, savitri agrawal, shikha agrawal. Unfortunately after the payment was made through S.B.I debit cum card, suddenly the server problem came up without giving me the confirmation of the payment and neither the ticket is generated.

This is really embarrasing situation and IRCTC is expected to help me at the earliest with the ticket if the payment is already confirmed at their end and If not refund the same amount.

Expecting a reply as soon as possible.

i have booked my ticket on 20..06.2010 and the journey date is on 29.06.2010 8.30am. now i am unable to login into irctc.co.in . what can i do to print my ticket.

Today morning I tried booking a ticket via irctc.co.in from rewari to ahmedabad to travel on 13 Jul 10.
Payment was made thru SBI debit card no.[protected], but after the payment was made, the irctc site immediately went down and didnt come up till now.

ticket not genareted but cash debit in my account, solve this problem as early as possible i want to know when the debited amount will be transfer to my acount.

I booked a ticket on[protected] for journey for the date of[protected] from jaipur to Dhanbad by 2308 JU HWH SUPERFAST. My SBI account has been debited a sum of Rs.800, but i have not received the TICKET and My PNR no. Also, after DEBITING, i waited for a long period but the following page did not open.

I also tried checking MY BOOKED TICKET, but it doesn't show any HISTORY and also asks for the PNR.
My Account transaction was debited as [protected]-INDIAN RAILWAY Transaction ID from SBI account.
My cellphone no. is [protected].and my IRCTC E-id is "LCHANDGPT"
Kindly refund the money of the above transaction ID. And any related information send to my E-id "Namaste.[protected]@gmail.com"
For this act of kindness i shall be obliged to you.

i have booked my ticket on 12-7-10 from durg to ambala for 20-7-10 by S B I atm for train no 0891 for Rs 1756 which was deducted twice.kindly refund my amount in S B I account no.
