dear sir.
i m unable to open irctc.co.in site from my net(computer) but i can open all other site by my computer
I m using bsnl broadband with belkin modem. why i m unable to open irctc .please help and guide me to book me a ticket its urgent.

Dear Team,

This is to inform you that i have been observing for some time that every time it's 10am and time for customers to start booking the ticket the site just goes down which leaves us with no option to book any online tickets. I don't understand if this is done on purpose or is there a genuine issue. I was online till 9.55am and was able to browse through the site and check for available tickets, But just after 10am the site goes down.

I am sure you must have got these complaints regularly but i don't think you are even working to get this resolved. The irctc site is for giving ease to the customers not to cause pain for some petty technical or purposeful reasons.

I request you to kindly check with this issue and get it resolved or or we might form a forum and forward it to the higher railway authorities.
