All .. I got around this issue. Actually the "Email Verification Password" is the new password that was sent to us in the registered email id when tried the 'forget password'. Then for "Mobile Verification Password" generate a instant one to your mobile. With the above two the password can be reset...!
But, still no clue why I had to go through all this when I never forgot my original password...!
