right now i m a emloyee of of the Megamind It solutions Pvt Ltd c-95 sector-2 Noida...i hv to say that ...Megamind It solution is a Iso 9001:2000 company and they do not provide any resources to us...even AC is not there..and company do not commit their commitments to us ...so i v a request to do something for us...

ISO certification has nothing to say for AC, Bed and sofa i think there are number of companies running without AC. I think you have gone there for software development you should look into yourself how much efforts you have given for the completion of your tasks.But...i dont believe the company has no ac i have worked there 1 1/2 years ago and there were two AC's running in our lobby only.

Akros Terchnology Pvt Ltd claims that they are ISO .. but it is really doubt... They dont have any policy.. they dont use Licensed software also..

sharp india ltd is in india since 20yrs sil is a iso certified company but they dont follow the procedures, work instructions and manual guidlines, dont trust on my comment you pls arrange a quick audit and find out the truth. all branches dont have service manuals, no procedures followed by the all depts. pls do something. i spend 10 yrs with with this group, they diduct money as a staff welfare my from our a/c but dont give us our money, lost of problem in this company, i want a audit from your side and you cancel the certificate as per your policy..
