My mobile no is [protected].Right now I am residing in Pragathinagar(opp JNTU).Since Dec 25th 2009 there is no network connectivity in my area i.e.Apuroopa Layout,Pragathinagar and I have already reported it to customer service centre through your executive Ms.Rajitha on 2nd Jan(F[protected].She suggested me to switch on my mobile connectivity from automatic to manual but I found no results.So once again on 4th Jan I contacted your service centre(service request no[protected] for I received an SMS informing that they would get back to me by 15th Jan.
In my residence itself we have 4 airtel mobile connections which have the same problem.
It is highly impossible to keep waiting for 11 days without any outgoing and incoming calls for the entire family.So please take necessary action as immediately as possible and I hope you will respond quickly. Was this information helpful? |
