[Resolved] Ittina Properties — Not giving the appartments for possession and have taken full money from customers

Hi, Please take any action on this builder. He cheats customers like anything.Many customers have bought flats from him and he doesnt give them for occupation. He says he dont have money and have some landlord issues and keep deleying more than 2-3yrs...Imagine. !!! I am saying this in general as he is doing same for more than 3 appts like this.I belong to Ittina abha and he promised us to delicer 2007 dec and the appt is still pending even now and needs 1 more year to complete.He says that the landlord is asking more and all sort of bull stories.There are 110 appts in this Ittina abha and it started in 2004 dec.Its close to 5yrs now !!! please kindly take some action and lets us all keep some faith on this forum.Thanks in advance Was this information helpful? I got a good deal from Ittiana builder for marathaalli project(ABHA). Builder is promising to give possession on jan 2010.

As I could see there are a lot of complaints on the project. Any litigation is there?

Weather i should go for the project or not? Please guide me so that i wont be any problem in future.
