I purchase Dish TV ITZ cash card account no[protected] and password 8741 for Rs 300, and I recharge via Internet, the Dish TV on[protected] . I also sent recharge message to 57575 on[protected] and I received a massage from dish tv that Rs212 has been received on[protected]. But dish tv stopped my sigunal on[protected]

I called Dishtv customer care they replied that they received only rs 212 on[protected], they are not helpfull and does not want to take this as complaint.They give a phone no.[protected] for complaint.What happened this big mistake.

It is very difficult to get charged thru website by using credit card. Even otherwise Dish is not receiptive to customer's problems. I tried many times. They take customers for granted.
