I, am an Employ of Iyogi Technical Services working here since august 2009 , I would like to resign from my duties as on today because of the Unprofessional and unhealthy working Environment amongst the Team leaders , PS (Quality Department) and Managers towards the Employees , I would like to draw your your attentions towards the fake , dishonest and unprofessional methods practiced on the Tech operations Floor amongst the team leaders and PS .

I joined Iyogi Tech services last year with a motive to work and give my best towards the companies progress with a whole hear ted effort from my side .This all started initially when we were hired for the Xp / Vista tech support batch and provided a training as per the company norms . which was only for 2 weeks and was asked to log in on the floor with out an improper training as their was a process requirement . There after we being Scared that if you don't clear the assessment you will be asked to leave from the company , the assessment that given to us was totally an MCSE paper being copied from the Google SAME AS IT IS from test king India website and that to was a closed book assessment .given to us to solve withing a time frame of 30 minutes to 1 hour . So as we asked to leave as we were not able to clear the assessments clear the assessments that then when discussed about the same in the with the HR and a personal meeting AVP of the company we were moved on to the other process .

Moving to the other process was ok but this all let to the disputes faced by us in the company from the management side creating the unfavorable situations for a dedicated employ to work , i would like to inform you that their are fake and impartial practices being performed on the floor which has a (tech / sales process) PCSS running i would not like to take the name of the PS and team leaders who are evolved in fake , dishonest and unprofessional methods practiced to appreciate their agents to crack FAKE SALES and sell Iyogi Annual Subscriptions to the customer's making a fool out of a customer even if the process comes in for a trial basis in the company CA ( Computer Associates ) .

Moreover not letting it work up well.the team leaders keep on asking the agents to take calls without even a single day training about the CA software and applications how to fix the issue , No Training what so ever in detail about the Quality Form has been provided to any of the agents PS and Quality Department does not have Respect and Atticate to speak their agents or the ad visor taking calls..

They are taking out their PERSONAL GRUDGES by marking down the agents on smallest of the issues which are regardless if the customer is HAppy and gives an App Call to the ad visor who took the call and perform a proper troubleshooting and also cracked a SALE in for Annual Iyogi Subscribtion.

Sir i m seriously not able to concentrate on my work I even asked for leaves until everything get’s sought out but I didn’t got it .i was working sincerely towards my duties. I was working properly and also trying to improve my weakly Stats, I was working whole heatedly towards it. I got a Cap letter which I duly signed and accepted . but my PS and team Leader forcefully asked me to write down on the paper all the concerns he had about me and ask me to sign on it , or else he would terminate me straight away. The very next day accepting all this I came back to work and lodged into my station but my manager again called me up and ask me to leave on an immediate basis. Without giving me any reason what so ever happened all of a sudden.,

i don't want the companies name to get spoiled due to certain Team leaders and PS in the company who come to the office after Drinking alcohol from the "PRIYANKA DHABA" Down Stairs.

Sir if you are concerned about your agents working on the floor with all the dedication and hard work then please take a serious action against all such unprofessional activities going on in the company as i had already been Forced to leave but i don't want the other good people in the company suffer the same trouble that i faced in future. and even don't want the companies name to get spoiled due to certain team leaders and PS in the company,
