I also faced same problem. I had made almost 20 call & many smses I always get response that you are not selected. Please try again. How can we file a case against these fraud people. Can putting complaint here help us?

I have a complaint against the TV show on Zee TV Jago aur Jeeto @ Play TV which is usually aired late night. On this programme the host invites people to call and SMS and win certain amount depending on the game displayed. I have tried to contact the number several times but the response is always the same that i am not selected which is quite disturbing when you are connecting and the said channel refuses to even select you for the call. However it is visible on the said programme which is LIVE that no other caller is connected and the host keeps on requesting people to call or sms
It seems the said channel is a fraud and is simply making money through calls and sms which should be immediately checked and necessary action may be taken if found wrong.
Hope an early action will be initiated on the said programme so that hard earned money of people is saved from being cheated away from their hands.

I M VERY TIRED FROM THIS SHOW COZ I HAVE ALREADY SEND MORE THAN 1000 SMSES. BUT STILL I HAVE NO RECIEVED ANY CALL OR REPLY. I THINK EVERYTHING IS FAKE AND LIE. THEY ARE MAKING MONEY WITH A SHORTCUT WAY. SO PLZ I REQUESTED TO YOU PLZ TAKE A ACTION SOON AGAINST THEM...

These kind of games are called gambling. They take money from many people and give 1% (approx.) of that amount to a winner. And rest 99% will go to their own pockets. So these strategy will work postively for an individual player by chance of Luck only. So people don't play such games and better spend it on your family members, friends and relatives. Some more to name are Idian Idol, Sa Re Ga Ma etc. which all include either sms or phone from audience votes. You can't even imagine the amount of money they make in an hour. For example:- If audience is playing for Rs10, 000/- prize, the Company will make at least Rs5, 00, 000/-
(within 8-10 mins) on that for which they are playing that game.

first of all i would like to tell that this game is really very fun n tempting.i m also crazy abt this game.i tried calling n smses every night but till i get msg saying that i m selected n they will call me shortly...but the fact is that i never got any call from the show...that is really very disappointing...it really shows that they r making fool of the public...

This is just a fraud game. i lost around 2000rs .every time they say that you are nt selected.pls don't jump into these game save your money in another things.

These guys are like gays.everytime i'd make calls only my money wastes and nothing got to me.They were frauds but the host is sexy.who wasted there money in this game.i want to say to those [censored] the host and how many times they losted the money.[censored] the host to fulfill there times.

i have won a prise ammount of 23000 from this show, i have recieved some mail asking my contact and pan details, but after that they dint turn up. its bout 3 months and i have not recieved the ammount. it really sucks. definetly i m going sue them.

I played interactive "Bollywood Chakker" yesterday for the first time. The rule displayed on the screen was "send the word "BCK" as SMS on 57575 and wait for call from Play Tv.Also 'as many sms's as possible u cd win 10 bonus prizes.
Taken in by the fact that it was a 'Zee TV' programme, I thought the play wd be fair. I sent out almost 150 smss during the entire play but NOT ONE WAS able to elicit a reply. Instead some illiterate and semi literate voices were responding to a ring from play tv and some of them 'knowingly' giving wrong answers while identifying too obvious film actors in the given picture so that number of smss could be increased for the same item.
"it was not notified on screen that any extra 'premium' charge wd be charged on my account on the sending the sms in addition to regular sms charge.'
As a result my talk value was reduced by a big Rs 1500+ with no result.
IT IS A SHAME THAT ZEE TV HAS STOOPED TO SUCH A LOW LEVEL OF MAKING MONEY BY CHEATING INNOCENT CALLERS.
While I expect Subhash Chandra to look into this if he has let out his space on contract and at least refund my money forthwith.
I expect he makes this show transparent.
UNTIL THEN I ADVISE EVERY TV VIEWER TO REMAIN AWAY FROM THIS BOGUS SHOW.

Zee T.V. should think over and again & again for saving reputation because this game show is totally fraud game and puzzle and questions asked in the way of pictures is very simple and purposely caller answers wrongly and game goes on & on to send more SMS.
I would like to request that this game show should be stopped at once.
