[Resolved] Jabong.com — Delay in Order Confirmation | |||
Dear Jabong Team, I had placed an order on Sunday (May 13th 2012) the details of which are as follows:- 1) Product Name - Adidas Deodorant Men Pure Game 150ML 2) Quantity - 1 4) Product ID - AD004FR72DCT-166415 5) Total Cost - Rs. 165 6) Order Number - [protected] I had mailed you guys last night asking you specifically to confirm my order via email since I'm not available on phone. But in reply you guys have again sent me a mail saying my order is on hold since you cannot get through my phone. Why display so much of incredulity towards my mail? Where is the problem in confirming my order via email only? Please confirm my order immediately and send the product to my address as given to you.. Dear Team Jabong,
I have been repeatedly prodding you guys for 2 days now to provide me a solution to my problem but sadly you guys still haven't helped me out in any way. I had mailed you as well as posted on your Facebook page but I still haven't found my solution. All you have done till now is just apologize and apologize and apologize. While your sincere apologies are appreciated but do note that they aren't helping me in any way, all I want is a proper solution. I would like to continue shopping from Jabong but this so-called 'problem' that I'm talking about is preventing me from doing so.
Anyway, I'm going to copy-paste my mail over here AGAIN for your kind perusal. KINDLY READ IT CAREFULLY AND CHECK THE GIVEN IMAGE BEFORE YOU REPLY WITH ANOTHER APOLOGY. Here goes:-
I am having a peculiar problem. Every time I add something to the
shopping cart and click 'Proceed to Checkout' to confirm my purchase,
the options are all lining up next to each other in such a way that I
can't reach the 4th and the final option to confirm my purchase. Not
even a horizontal scroll bar is appearing so that I can navigate my
way to the right-hand side of the page to access the 4th option. This
dubious problem is not just happening on my computer but on other
computers as well. I have tried different browsers as well but to no
effect. Is the snag on your side? Perhaps some sudden glitches in the
programme files of your site or something? If not then please tell me
what I should do about this problem since I'm not being able to buy
anything from Jabong anymore. I'm herewith attaching a screenshot for
your kind perusal. You'll understand what I'm trying to say once you
have a look at the pic.
