I have Jaguar bath fitting in all our bathrooms. In one of the bathrooms we have tap for wash basin which is sensored. On January 25th 2010, I booked the complaint through Jaguar automated complaint number, for service of this tap which had stopped workng. For 10 days after the complaint no one came for service. I called Jaguar autiomated complaint number to check the status of the complaint, to my surprise I heard the recorded reply saying my complaint has been attended. After several calls and talking to different people some service person from Jaguar came and detected that the part of the sensor needs replacement. I talked to Jaguar marketing person and asked him to order the part on our behalf and he agreed to do so. Did not hear from him or anyone from Jaguar I booked the complaint again on 5th April 2010, on checking the status of the complaint I received the answer saying they are working on my complaint. I did not hear from Jaguar till 14th April I have booked another complaint and have not heared as of today or no one has come to attend the complain till date.
I feel sad that company like Jaguar does not have proper customer care.
