Jai jawan gas services — Not getting refilled cylinder

Dear Sir

I am the indane customer. My connaction No is 26374. And Distribut is Jai Jawan Gas Services D-493 Palam Extn Sec-7 Dwarka New Delhi -110045 Tel No 25085414/25087549. I have called refilled for cylender on 27/12/2007, Mr. Gopi picked the phone and told me that they will deliver the refilled cylender within 4-5 days. After 4-5 days when I don't receive the cylender I callled up again to the agency and now they are saying that they had delivered the cylender on 29/12/2007. But I have not received the cylender till date. At the time of delivery they even don't sign the receipt. I am facing problem the said agency from last six months.
Kindly you are requested to look into the matter and try to get the problem sort out as soon as possible.

kindly let me know my cons no. so that i can book the gas cylinder.

I am a customer of Jai Jawan Gas agency, Sector-7, Dwarka, New Delhi and I booked my refill vide No.[protected] on 26h May, 2011. On 27th May, 2011 I got message from the booking Centre that cash memo has been prepared vide No.19113 and your cylinder will be delivered shortly. Four days have been elapsed but I did not get the delivery of my cylinder till the date. When I contacted the agency they told me that no delivery person is available with us and take your Cylinder yourself. I requested that I am a govt. officer and could not take the delivery personally due to my hard working hours. They plainly refused to deliver the cylinder and I am facing very much hardships in my kitchen. I request you to kindly take some urgent action against the agency and direct them to deliver my cylinder immediately at my house.

I have booked my gas (consumer no.01644) with Jai Jawan Gas Agency, dwarka Sec-7 Delhi on 6th May, 2011 but did not receive my refill delivery till the date. When I contacted the agency on phone they told me that the refill has been delivered on 16th May, 2011. In practical I am waiting for the delivery patiently and again contacted the agency to deliver the refill. They asked to take your delivery personally as we don’t have any delivery to deliver the refill to your doorstep. It is very much difficult for me to take the delivery personally as I am a working person and office hours coincide with the agency timing. I request you to kindly take some urgent action against the agency and asked them to deliver the cylinder to my residence immediately.
