MOST URGENT FROM : MR. VILAS BALKRISHNA PAI 1/5 , RADHA DALVI NAGAR CHHITABHAI PATEL ROAD, KANDIVLI - EAST MUMBAI 400101 Sub: Non-Receipt of F.D. certificate despite of reminders. Suspected Criminal Foul play. I have applied for Fixed Deposit Vide Application no: 168345 dated 15.06.09 for Rs.15000/- vide chq no 111215 drwan on Saraswat Bank, Kandivli -West branch,Mumbai fvg M/s. Jaiprakash Associates Ltd. The abovementioned chq is debited to my Saving bank A/c no 3034 on 17.06.09 I have sent letter and bank certificate on 05.10.09 vide speed post receipt no SP EMO37941982 IN to your Noida office. Bank certificate is certififying that above cheque is debited to my S.B.A/c on 17.06.09 More than 5 months have passed but your Fixed Deposit Department has failed to sent me Fixed Deposit CErtificate despite of my remiders. They have NOT even replied to my letter dated 5/10/2009 I am suspecting criminal foul play and misappropriation of Fixed Deposit amount. This need sever action against persons responsible. This spoils company's name also I once again request you to kindly send me FIXDEPOSIT CERTIFICATE immediately without any further delay. Don't invest in this company, I am also facing same problem. After long communication with them after 6 months I received my Fixed deposit receipt.
Dear Sir, on 1.11.09 I issued a cheque no.414043 on IOB Daliganj Lucknow by the neme of JP Associates for Rs.50000 for fixed depposite being senior citiozen.The money has been credited to JP associatesfrom my A/C No.4417 from IOB Daliganj but so far I have not yet received FDR document. eKindly check your receits/books and issue the sameand send the FDR to me at my below address:

we had kept fd in the month of may 2009 after 7 month still we have not recd fix deposit i had corresponded with the department yet the fix deposit is not forwarded to my place i m hopping that its poor service they had ask for letter from bank manager whcich also we had given but they are not helping in this metter

Dear Sir, on 24.09.09 I issued a DD no.953432 on SBI, VARANASI by the neme of JP Associates for Rs.10000 for fixed depposite .so far I have not yet received FDR document inspite of my several calls to them . I received a letter for verification of my bank details and few queries were asaked that too after 02 months ...I replied all the queries but yet to receive the FDR even after so much harassment..The company seems to b a fraud and do not care for investors..Their phones are never picked up..You can try in futile to contact any one there and waste your time.I request to someone help and send me my FDR which i did through my hard earned money

Fixed Deposit — non receipt of certificate
I have sent chq.no.366768 dated 9th January, 2010 on State Bank of India, Borivali(E) branch forRs.200,000/-(RS. Two lacs only) alongwith my application for fixed deposit for three years,copy of my pan card and form 15H in duplicate to Tata Motors. While my savings account stands debited with the amount on 14th January,2010, I am yet to receive my certificate of my said deposit. Kindly expedite.

I called 12 times, they disconnect the calls if it is regarding Fixed Deposit.

I have paid Rs.50000 to jaiprakash associates against fixed deposit scheme via UCO bank Hazra Road branch,Kolkata vide check no. 847829 dated 12/10/2009 and my account was debited on 26/10/2009.Till writing I have not received the fixed deposit receipt inspite of following up with jp associates with all the above details thru my broker integrated enterprises India Ltd. Mr. Vivek Law anchors many programmes for customer readresal .
Can u take up the matter on my behalf with jp associates .

and fixed deposits during the peroid of[protected].in kakinada -shriram chits-superbazar complex, kakinada.
we came to know that there was fraud happened regarding my father's deposits.
we consulted concerned clerk named Mrs.kanthi. but she was not there.
we conusulted branch manager, but he is not accountable for all these.
we are bringing to ur notice this issue, and we hope this will be solved at the earliest.

this is really very bad comments..i thought of applying for IT..but after reading all these comments i will not even think of this..and i will also dump shares in this company...
Unfortunately my mother who is a senior citizen and I invested about 11 months ago in JP fixed deposit and did receive the certificates but now that it has matured and we need our money back, even after sending the certificates they fail to send the money back. Every time I call a new person answers and gives very vague reasons for the delay. I am at a loss as to what to do next. We are depending on this money for some serious expenses.
JP has lost the trust of the people. The public should be made aware of JP's criminal attitude.

FD Certificate — Non receipt of FDR
My shipment no. is em[protected]in sent from mumbai to lunawada through speed post but after tracking through your site it delivered from mumbai to baroda but from baroda to lunawada it not shows the delivery status. Kindly confirm me immediately.
