It was a big cheating. Both marketing people and management people are very harsh when we ask about their mistakes.

I got a call from Rajeshwari executive, Janaharsha about the Dream city II project in ibrahimpatnam, hyderabad. My friend and me were looking for plots, so we both visited the site along with Ranjit manager of rajeswari. He explained about the installments and measurements of the plot.

We both agreed and paid the initial amount of 20000 each. But now they are saying that we need to pay some extra charges towards some taxes and also some big amount towards development charges. Also they are now informing that the plot we have selected doesn't contain the measurements that they told initially and asking us to select the different plots.

One more big issue is that they are telling after registration we will get the document after 45 days only. I never heard any where that, it will take that much of time to get the registration document .

We informed them that we are not interested and asked us to refund our amount. But they are now saying in a very harsh way that they won't refund the amount and if we really want to get our money back we need to refer some other customer, and if that customer buy the plot they will tranfer our plot and return the amount. That is they just want to fool the people through their own customers itself...

My sincere suggestion is not to bye any plots in Janaharsha.
