respected sir when all the public is suffering from IPL fever your company has not advertising your cement brand on televission( set max) to show public in north east, jaypee cement is branded cement
I'm from Butwal, Nepal.Curently, i'm constructing my house.I've already used more than 1000 bags of Jaypee cement. Sir/mam I've noticed that there were two types of Bags. In one Bags there is customer call care number : [protected] and in another : [protected]. My concern is that, the bags with customer call center number [protected] is better in quality & sets faster as compared with another bags having customet call center number [protected].Moreover, while packing the bags diffrent threads where used in two diffrent bags. Yesterday in my Dhallan purpose I've used cement with call center no [protected].I noticed that the colour is diffrent and till yet it is not set properly.I've complained with Dealer but I didnt get any responce. I m confused that either t is the manufacturing problem of Industry or it is the Duplicate product. I'm looking forward for your responce. Plz mail me in : [protected]@gmail.com. Thankyou
i am from Haridwar ( Uttarakhand ) currently I am constructing my House, I have used ACC Cement but in gowdown shortage of ACC Cement shopkeeper gives us a JP Cement, but after using JP Cement i am not satisfy because of duplicacy of Cement before 15 days we flooring the stone but after 15 days i shocked and i found that the cement just like rait and our floor was damaged and not set yet properly after this i have complaint the shopkeeper he said he is also complaint of this Cement to company, and they will send the person who will check the quality of the cement but two days is over now no body came at our home, we are too much upset because of wastage of time money and mental agony too, we have the sample peices and bill etc, now after waiting the company respose, i am going to lodge the complaint in Consumer Court and Company will bear and responsible for all these things, than company will know the pain of Consumer.and I am looking forward to your response...

my name is brigu mehandru and i am a trader and property dealer in north india. I had many buyers for your brand in himachal, punjab nd delhi(ncr), so i contacted two of your companies marketing representative in punjab. Their names were atul and rahul. Both of them has given me prices including their commissions. What i asked for, was give me a good non trade price so that i can sell your product to my buyers as i have many orders in bulk with me right now but they misguided me and commited a certain price which they changed later. I asked them the straight companies number as well which they are not willing to provide and playin games with us in prices. My buyers are waiting for my response as they have immediate requirement but your company marketing people are really unprofessional to us. i contacted them again but they are speaking quite rudely on the phone. I just want to know that does jaypee group treats their buyers like this. Buyers are the life line of any manufacturing unit and they should be dealt in a proper way, which your company people are not doin by the way
so please tell me the straight contact number of your company as i want ti deal straight with the company only without any middle person as i have all orders in bulk

The delivery of cement is very poor
The driver of loading truck demand unnecessary money like 300 or 400 plus they behave very rude
So it's very hectic to deal with them
U should inform us what we should pay them or not .dealer problem solving help line is not satisfactory in our area
