[Resolved] JB Knowledge Park — Not Refund of Registration Fees | |||||
Dear Sir, I have applied for admission of my son Vikas Sharma for B Tech in above named Institute on 16th Jun 2013 but due to some unavoidable reason I have withdrawn my application. As per Instruction given in brochure of institute I have cancelled the registration and requested the institute to refund my registration fee i.e. Rs-10000.00 paid online 16 Jun 2013 vide transaction No P13#ID1606#MER294482 Dt 16 Jun 2013 but the rep of company denied to refund the same stating that it is as per company rule. In view of the above you are requested to get the issue resolved with companny as i am government employee working with army and drawing very small amount as a salary. it is a very big amount for me. I may request your kind honor to get my fees refunded at the earliest. Any queries with ref to complaint may please be sought to me . my e mail ID : [protected]@gmail.com. The Park — Cancellation Request with Refund
My fiancée and I had decided to spend the New Years eve at Agni. She had booked the passes on the 22nd of December 2007.Unfortunately I will be traveling and will not be in Delhi for the New Years eve. I have requested Mr. Arindum Bose to accept our cancellation request and refund the amount as a credit note or a voucher that we could use at the Park at some point of time in the future. We should look at a win-win situation for both o[censored]s. I am not requesting for a refund in cash but in the form of a voucher.
Mr. Arindum Bose (at the facilities) told me that they do not accept cancellations and that noting can be done about. I am upset because:
1. I thought that we were dealing with The Park and not an ordinary brand. We associated The Park to be fair, open and customer friendly.
2. The Park has been my hotel of choice and have stayed at The Park during my business visits. This incident has hurt me and my feelings for the brand.
3. When we had booked the pass we were not told/informed of any cancellation policy. Neither is any policy stated on the pass. I believe that The Park is a professionally run organization with trained staff to run and event. I am sure you'll would have faced such a situation in the past and at least made corrective action by stating the cancellation policy. Please be fair and open.
I tried to reach you but I got a response saying that you were not in Delhi and were traveling. I hope you would respond positively to my request.
