[Resolved]  Jeevansathi.com — Fee charged but not service provided

Dear Mr. ALok,

Jeevansathi as a organisation is good but few people like Vasudhaa Gupta is a fraud and Blunder on the organisation.

My cmplaint
My membership expires on 5-06-10.But when i open the contact address it is showing to renew the membership.
Please correct the error and let me avail the facility of viewing
contact details of the members i see regularly.

it's been 7 day my a/c has not been activated. my exchange house has confirm that money has been transfred on 20th april 2010 . still after 7 days they didnt confirm from bank . head of to jeevansath ppl they treat there NRI cleint like that.. ppl be awar of this ppl.. spacialy NRI ppl..

same here, payment has been processed and I also recieved confirmation from Jeevansathi. But no service is provided. I cannot send the personalized message or view contact info. No body picks up the phone. NEVER USE JEEVANSATHI.

I was Using Jeevansaathi Servieces both Paid & free for last 2/3 years vide ID XUA0668. It is observed that My desired Partner profile was automatically updated / edited / replaced with unwanted religion/caste, due to which many people refused to contact me on account of my willness (? due to jeevansaathi Mistake) to get marry in another community. Many proposal from our community refused me. I am also obsrving the same case in many female profiles of Jeevansaathi.

JEEVANSAATHI MEMBERS PLEASE KEEP REGULAR CHECK ON YOUR DESIRED PARTNER PROFILE / YOUR SELF DETAILS TO AVOIDE MISUNDERSTANDING IN YOUR COMMUNITY.

jeevansathi.com providing chating services to paid members, and they have bugs on their chatting module on site, we are unable to see chat box of other users, who wants to chat with us, and many times we have complaint about same problem with their support executive, but they are not accepting that they have the bugs in the same, and unable to get proper solutions, also they have no policy for refunding balance amount of paid members.

my profile id is ZZUR2060. recently i am trapped and cheated by the profile id SUU2966. this profile id is fake .you are requested to take an immediate action so that this man cannot create any id in your company. if anything is seen about this profile i have to take a drastic step for you and the profile.
