[Resolved] jlj — Air tel service
My outgoing calls are barred from last Friday due to enrolment form not submitted, but I already given to the sales executive all the document, based on that they did my address verification and signature verification.
I’m contacting that sales executive but he is blaming on air tel back end department ….
Air tel customer care dept. pointing on him….
Ultimately I’m suffering ……
Let me know whom I have to contact .
