[Resolved] Johnson Lifts — improper after sales service | |||
this is to bring to your notice the problem we are facing with johnson lifts which we have installed in our bldg. mr bhalla ( sales) is aware of the situation and now inspite of many reminders since last 10 months there is no action taken from the johnson authorities. they make false promises before taking the order and then backtrack,pl try and change the style of payment too as tgey take entire amount before installation and do not show the lift which will be installed. regards sundeep bhawsar [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

sir this is k rani, we are purchased more than 10 lifs for an about 15 years from your company in tirupati andhra, now recently i purchased one lift for Rs 4 lakhs including tax and vat, i already paid Rs 3, 25, 000, 2 months before, your company people delivered lift matirial but they were not installed yet, they give lot of touble for us for an about 2 months, i hove handing over this project end, your lift work only is not comlited, we have at least one project in every year, if your doining in same way, we are sifted to another company, so kindly make arrange to do work in earliest date, thanking you, i think possitivi response, cell no [protected]

This is dr. Sunitha. We purchased Johnson lifts for our hospital, asked the service office person to rectify it
As its a 24 x7 emergency area - hospital. Happily the service person says
Chip has gone.need to programme it. Kindly wait for 3 days. They are supposed to have spares
In order to ensure smooth functioning of such crisis buildings.
P.s: lift bought from chennai branch only 4 months back - hope J&J ppl in top management Atleast take some precautions towards this.
Kindly let me know the top service manager number in chennai.
