[Resolved]  jubilee mission medical college — bsnl office timings

sir..
i had to visit bsnl office for a sim card change...office timings are from 8 to 5...but they say that sim change is possible only till 3 pm...how can students from colleges and schools visit at that time?...bsnl office at near municipal stand, thrissur, kerala...
