IT WAS AN ADVERTISEMENT SERVICE JUST DIAL PROVIDE ME.BEFORE STARTING REPESENTING OFFICER SAID I HAVE TO PAY 3 MONTHS CHARGE & JUSTDIAL WILL PROVIDE 6 MONTHS SERVICE WITHOUT ANY EXTRA CHARGE, IF I SATISFY & WISH TO CONTINUE THEN I HAVE TO PAY FOR.NO ECS OPTION MENTIONED ONLY BANK CHEQUE MENTIONED THIS THINGS ARE CONFIRMED BY THE REPRESENTITIVE OFFICER( Marketing Executive Mr. Prantik Bhattacharjee)BUT AFTER 1 MONTH SERVICE JUSTDIAL DEDUCT RS 919 AS PER SERVICE CHARGE WITHOUT INFORMING ME.WHEN I NOTICE & COMPLAIN JUST DIAL PVT. LTD. THEY REFUSE TO RETUNN BACK MONEY THEY OFFER ME TO TAKE SERVICE FROM THEM IN LUE OF MONEY BUT I DONT WANT ANY SERVICE FROM A CHEATER I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK WHICH WAS TAKEN FROM ME WITHOUT MY WISH PLEASE DONT BELIVE JUST DIAL THEY ARE CHEATER HELP ME PLEASE Was this information helpful? | |
