ye kutte jaise behave karate hain tab tak jaw tak ki inka agreement na sign ho jaye. public bhee kya kam hai - agreement pade beena hee sign kar dete hain. De bolate hain 9 month se pahle agreement naho tod sakate hain .. kya majak hai.

Bebkub banane wali company hai hai.. be ware. main bhee fas gaya yaar
koyee nahi sunata hai but main iske to management ka conatct detail khoj raha hoon - ek baar baat jarur karana chahunga...
please help me and give me conatct details of senior authorities of just dial.

justdial is a fraud company i paid 10.000 for a listing some one paid 100, 000
so they stopped giving me enqires ... if i ask them they are telling exclusive
its like a job of a porstuiete.. prostueite only do like this .. one more
thing employees are very bad.. uma a girl from chennai justdial using comanding words. pls keep this in mind all justdial employees . one day you will out the form

I needed a maid from Kolkata, so I called JustDial in Kolkata. This was a lead which was sent to me.

She took 10500 rupees from my friend in Ballygunge ( advance, travel charges and commission.)and came to Chennai on 18th April with the maid called Mala/ Abhaya.

She came to Chennai to drop the maid and stayed for two days in my house. On 26th April she called and asked me to send the maid back because there were "problems in the maid's family". I asked her to refund my money or give me a replacement and I would send back the maid. She said "Let me think" and in the afternoon, the maid disappeared after locking the door and taking the key. We broke open the door, and saw that all her luugage along with Rs. 5000, two gold earrings, some silver jewellery some other things, were gone. We immediately lodged an FIR, but got NO help from the agency when we called Khuku.
Please immediately delist this maid agency(I have reported abuse on your site as well, and left a review which has NOT been posted). Khuku Debnath (name on Voter ID card Debjani Debnath) is a complete fraud, she said that the maid was with her now, but she would "see" anyone who went to ask for a refund.

Chennai Police say this is a racket where they take advantage of the fact that Kolkata Police have limited means to act on a Chennai FIR.

Since you have no way of knowing of such frauds unless someone informs you, I am informing you now. Please take appropriate action against this Agency. I can share their photos clicked in Chennai and the FIR copy if you want.

Just Dial Provided my contact details to Insurance company (P Total Insurance Solutions, Owned by Mr. Pradhan) for my Automobiles Insurance. For which executive came to my house for collecting the documents & Money against insurance, after not getting Insurance policy i inquired about the policy based on Cover note of Oriental Insurance Company, which i found duplicate. After writing a complain to JUSTDAIL, also i didnt get any response from the Company.

Please help.

To Infomaster...We should check all the detailing before making any deal with anyone because as per my opinion Just Dial provides the information only and they can't judge any fraud company or the peoples who are getting registered with them.

To zzzunil...I am totally disagreed with you, they people (Just Dial) are very cooperative with their callers. Once, I got cheated by one of their paid member and when I called in their customer support and told my story, they immediate react on the same and taken that guy on con call even they freezed his account. And within 24 hrs I got the solution on my complaint.

Amit Sareen, I totally agreed with your views, as per my knowledge there is nothing this kind of instant service provider in the world where from we get instant services without wasting our precious time.

Rajshan & Kovijaikumar, I would suggest you both guys to visit in their office & discuss with your issues. You definitely will get the solution on your issues.

And ISHAN you should also speak in their customer support dept. for your issues, you also will get the solution on your issues as Amit got on his complaint.

Thank you Pallavi...I am addicted to use this service..any time for any thing I prefer to call in JUST DIAL just because of I get instant services for which I never have to go anywhere and the service providers give me solution on my door steps.

i agree this company is a fraud. infact they have a website where you can write feed back about the companies of which we can get a refernce from them. i along with many others had written negative feedback about one such company. to my shock and utter surprise just dial has removed all the negative feedback and retained only the positives. am so sure they took some extra money from this company. this just amounts to misleading people. How can they actually do this. they are merely conning people and making money from these other companies.

This company is 100% a fraud company but has the capacity to provide information about almost anything with the help of the software they use but they wont provide the contacts of the best and affordable service as they only recommend the name of those registered under them.
Had they to publish all the comment against them they wouldn't have committed such fraud. This itself show that the fraud done is 100% intentional and money minded rather than the mistakes of anyone whom they claim it to be.

FINALLY THEY DO NOT GIVE ANY DOG AND YOUR MONEY IS GONE….THEIR MOBILES ARE SWITCHED OFF LATER TO CUT ANY KIND OF COMMUNICATIONS. BE CAREFUL OF SUCH PEOPLE. THEY MAY EVEN CHANGE THEIR NAMES AND MOBILE NOS TO CHEAT ANYONE.

Just dial Always cheates their customers... Providing information is not enough... one should understand and make their internal customers also happy... JUST DIAL have such kind of irresponsible Managers who can not even resolve your query as well as they wont even responde on Phone/mail

ON 08.03.2011 I SEND E MAIL FOR DISCONTINUANCE OF SERVICES OF JUST DIAL SINCE I WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH THERE SERVICES .

ON 24.04.2011 A REMINDER WAS SENT FOR THE SAME BUT ALL IN VAIN.

ON 09.06.2011 SECOND REMINDER WAS SENT THAT TOO IN VAIN

DESPITE OF MY REMINDERS JUST DIAL IS "VERY FAST: ENOUGH TO CLICK ECS EVERY MONTH SINCE MARCH

One more and important thing to just dial that people across india are calling me and wants to know the grievance . I am very happy to advise them as not to make mistake to join justdial and any deal with the cheater . Till now the count is 20 people in past 25 days .

Its a non productive work which will waste your time
