i am also facing the same problem they are deducting money from account every month.

My Contract ID with JustDial.com is PXX44.XX44.[protected].U6H6.

I have closed my business because of losses. Hence, I have properly terminated the contract with JustDial.com on Dec 2013 and stopped receiving the leads from JustDial.com.

All of sudden, my bank account has been debited by Rs. 2998 by JustDial.com on February 28, 2014.

When I approached JustDial.com regarding this, they said that they can continue to debit any bank account even after the termination of the contract.

When I said that I have closed my business and it is unfair to debit my bank account. They are not listening to this.

Finally, When I asked for refund, they said that JustDial.com have its own laws and it can't refund the amount even if it has been debited illegally.

For a NON-EXISTENT COMPANY, the only way to get money back from JustDial.com is in the form of leads. How sad.


When I searched the internet, I found there are lot of people affected by this kind of corruption in India. Hence I want to make people aware of this kind of betrayal and forgery by JustDial.com.


I request everyone NOT TO BELIEVE, RELY on JustDial.com. JUSTDIAL.COM leaves you robbed and faked

It is a Very bad company. Even I am following up with the company from last few days to cancel my ECS facility. But no one is bother about it. Neither any executive nor their bosses. All are only bother about their targets.

Never faced such bad services from any where ...

I am getting many unwanted sales calls from Just Dial Executives even after I opted out from their services. Just Dial is the worst services I have ever seen in my life. Customer care is the worst department that you wouldn't like to call for any complaint. The leads are just worst and not useful even for a single paise. They run their company with our money, still they talk very rude to customers. All the above the executives who call for retension to get the unsatisfied customers back was very rude. One girl, I remember her name as Ms. Selvi was so rude in her approach that made me to ask her whether they want to keep me out from Justdial ever by disturbing me again and again. She wants my money but the level of her rudeness and was very bold in acting very harsh in her language as if I loaned from Just dial..My god..Please please please never go to just dial and waste your money...Just Dial Chennai is the worst service you can ever see in your life..

I enquired about FEDEX number before 2 days.. the operator has given me bandra fedex number..I dialled that number and booked for pick up ..but the man didnot turned up for 4 hrs. so again i enquired on one of FEDEX office near prabhadevi ..he told that there is no FedEx office at bandra. So this was purely cheating by Just dial service... When I was asking FEDEX number ..why should they send me ordinary courier service ? It has wasted my time and I have gone through mental stress. So before dealing anybody just we have to take care of reliability of Just dial services.

hi, , , i also give my nursery name in just dial and they ensure me that they will deduct only 1 month amount from my account but they deduct 3 months amount from my bank account without informing me by auto deduction method, , , and their executive also not inform me about all this that they issuing ECE method and they will deduct monthly payment from my account, , , and their executive also not mention anything in that activation form... JUSTDIAL is such a big fraud company, , , so pls take neccessory action and try to refund my amount, , , i have all proof with me.

Very poor response of marketing staff-

I have taken the membership about 1 month ago, I am not writing here about getting the business and all. That we can understand company is not doing commitment for business, it can just provide our contact information to potential clients and we are ok with that.

But marketing service specially I want to write the Name of Miss Monika- telecaller here, before the time of signing the contract she assured that in the case of any help I can call to her and just for taking suggestion regarding photo upload and all, I have tried to contact her, many times but she is neither attending the calls nor giving call back .

Its my humble request, kindly work on the service part and marketing People fake commitments as the company is having very good image but due to your staff only its spoiling .

I, Roshan Sharma, a crime reporter in a leading electronic media, my son Nishant Prashar runnung a restaurant named Rock n Wood Cafe, after severls visits and phone calls from Just Dial my son convinced and contract with this fraud company in April 24, 2014 they have taken a cheque for Rs. 4000.00 and a cancelled cheque for ECS Rs.1997.00 every month, on 24.04.2014 they encashed cheque of Rs.4000.00 and accured Rs.100.00 as bank charges for enable ECS and on 15.05.2014 they again withdraw Rs.1997.00 by ECS where as the sales executive have told my son that first time they take two month advance, but every month they withdraw ECS from our account,

REGARDING services they do sms the phone number of the customers, BUT very late and the same number given to others restaurants owners also, because when my son called the customer, he get reply that they have already place an order long time back. he called the executive they given excuses that your airtel services are given late messages.

NOW we have called and e.mails to STOP the services, because of BEACH OF CONTRACT, they are not bothering.

I am as a media person inform the general people, i am going to file FIR and Law Suits against this type of fraud company, who are also victims of this COMPANY may contact me on mobile no. [protected].

Hi I have been cheated by just dial with their cheap tactics. I have my business comp-ed at safa arcade, first floor, mehdipatnam. just dial tele sales person Vijayalaxmi and Executive Rohit cald me and insisted me for their service. I only agreed for 1 month service later will decide based on the business i get. I had only registered for free listing in Justdial. Within two days, a person from justdial called me over the phone and impressed me about the benefits of the Platinum scheme instead of free service. He told me that he receives 50 to 100 calls a day regarding inquiries for comp-ed and he promised me that at least he can give 20-50 call leads per month to me. This never happened. Four months have gone now. By this time as per his version justdial should have given 20 x 120 days = 2400 leads approx. At least if we assume a 1 lead per day should have yielded 120 leads for four months. So, for all these 120 days, justdial had given only around 21 leads which was not productive or materialized for me. It was a great loss for me and I cannot afford to spend Rs.6000/- per month without any returns or income. Just dial had mislead me by giving exaggerated market status and made me sign the contract for one year which i was not aware. Then I contacted Jusdial Customer Care to cancel that deal but they were not ready to do so. please file a complaint against just dial and take action. and i want my money back as they said its only for 1 month and debited money every month as took cancelled cheque which they didnt say about that before. Just dial is a biggest cheater I have ever seen in this world. Its name should be JUST FRAUD instead of just dial.
They took my cheque 8 months back never provided service which they promised.
In fact I feel like abusing them but due to my up bringing I am restraining my self.

JUST DIAL is the worst company I have come across. I registered my company only for one month and clearly had a discussion with the marketing executive that this service is only for one month. We did not sign any ECS mandate form, however JUST DIAL has started ECS deduction on our account. I don't understand how have they made this fraud.

Don't register yourself with JUST DIAL.

I have small day care business and subscribe for Just Dial through Pankaj Kumar [protected]. I wanted to check service for 2 months but Pankaj told minimum 1 year I need to subscribe

As he told for minimum 1 year we have to subscribe and deposit is 8000+ taxes and it will deduct in last three months and if you want to continue you can call.

After paying 8000+taxes my ECS has started with 2247 amount. Service was very pathetic and I get very few genuine contacts even they didn't upload my daycare photos for 7 to 8 months.

I called JD and told I want to stop ECS, they told it will happen automatically after one year and we can't do it before one year.

when my 1year tenure about to finish I got so many calls form JD to renew my account I specifically told everyone that I am not willing to continue please stop my ECS.

I didn’t check my account after that and as Pankaj told 8000 what I paid first is going to deduct in last three months. I assumed same is going to happen. After that I didn't get any call from customer care

But when I checked my account after 2 months came to know JD still deducting my account after completing 1 year without my notice.

I called customer care they told me "Sir, you never told us to stop your service". I asked to Pankaj he told I will take care of it but even he couldn't convince them for refund.

Now JD and Pankaj telling me they can not refund my money.

Please help me to resolve my issue.

I frusted with one of big fraud in Indian Market with help of gang of employee. they only cheated. we have not word for this company. they are BIG FRAUDDDDDD...
