AirTel Cellular Pvt. Ltd. — without information money deduction

sir,

one day i received a call from airtel, about miscall aleart, that miscall service was on trail, afterthat they deducted money from mobile without information, when i talk to customer they sad to my this is automatic deduction, i thinak this is not leagal way to deduct money from mobile. my mobile No. is [protected]

MOBILE VOUTER — AMOUNT DEDUCT BUT NOT RECHARGE MOBILE

I had recharged my mobille [protected] for Rs. 110.00, through the website rechargeitnow.com. The money was paid to CCavenue. and it got deducted from my account though, my cell didi not get recharged. Below is the details of transaction:

Hai all
i have had 2 very bad experiences with justrechargeit, and now i feel if the company is a fraud money eating machine or website.
In 2 instances i have tried to recharge my cell from their site and its been unsuccessful, but the money gets debited from my account.
details of both the cases are mentioned below.
they state that in case recharge does not happen due to any case, money is not debited from the account.. and in case the money is debited from the account, it is credited back to the account within 7 to 10 days.
i have recharged on 5th Sep 2011 (as in case 2 below). today is the 20th of Sep 2011.
Its 15 days passed.

i request all who read this to stay away from this fraud website and to be careful while recharging from other sites.
I am going to advertise this message in all consumer sites available on net.

AirTel — during charging money got deducted but mobile did not get recharged

Tried to recharge airtel mobile number [protected] for amount Rs333 full-talk time ,money deducted but mobile did not
recharged..Either money should be returned to respecitve account or mobile should be recharged.
