Subba Rao D.No.32-4-11A, Prajashakti Nagar, Vijayawada-10 Dear Sir, Sub: Non Issue of Pass Port Reg Ref: File no- E101329 dt: 5-9-2008 I am to inform that my pass port application for renewal was submitted in file no- E101329 dt: 5-9-2008 from pass port office Vijayawada on dt: 5-9-2008. There on police enquiry was done and the same was sent to pass port office in this no 509/PPF/2008 dt: 22-11-08 from the office of police commissioner, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. I am to inform that my pass port application for renewal was submitted in file no- E101329 dt: 5-9-2008 from pass port office Vijayawada on dt: 5-9-2008.
There on police enquiry was done and the same was sent to pass port office in this no 509/PPF/2008 dt: 22-11-08 from the office of police commissioner, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. So far the pass port is not issued.
