I have been using k7 totalsecurity, but till date it did not have any problem, But last week I had some issues and I send an email to [protected]@k7computing.com and then called me and gave guidance and solved the problem.

i have puches k7 antivirus its install properly then few days ago the computer has re installed then the soft ware of K7 quietly absolute it was valid up to Oct'2011 . Please give me solicit instruction for regularize the same

K7 Antivirus — problem in updating

i have successfully activated the anti-virus from the original CD supplied by the company, but it is not getting updated.
Please help.

I am not satisfied with k7 antivirus .
It has many negative points.
1 it does not clean the virus automatically,
2 its scanning process is very slow
3 It does not resolve hidden file problems & taskmanager problem even if it updated with new definition .
I have three user k7 antivirus but my experience with k7 is not good because it very poor quality antivirus & i will suggest to everyone, dont buy it, if you buy it you will waste your money.
I am total disagree with k7 antivirus.
Now i am using quick heal pro it is much better cheaper than any other & k7 antivirus & my three user k7 is totally waste of money for me
