[Resolved]  Kaine ITes Solutions Pvt Ltd — Don't get salary and your deposit

according the rules and regulation of the company, many employees who were terminated have received there amount 50k in a stipulated time.employee who resigned the job without information, those amount wont be refundable.security deposit is not refundable if employee resigned job in a one year bond period.

This is completely fake comment, three of my friends are working in KAINE ITES SOLUTIONS PVT LTD they are getting salary on time and even more they are working on J2EE project.

I am Pramod, employee of KAINE ITes Solutions Pvt Ltd as i know this company refunded security deposit who was resigned as per company rules, but who have not obeyed and not followed the company rules they got some deductions and we getting salary and all facility from this company i am satisfied with my job, so please don't put fake comments.

hi, here is one of the employee of the KAINE ITes Solutions Pvt Ltd, and as per the rules and regulations of the company, it has refunded the all security deposits and salaries, but the above complaint is absolutely wrong, as per the rules and regulations of the company if some one leaves the company without informing to company management, den the amount will not be refunded, and even it also mentioned in the Security bond which is given by the company.

if kine ites is not fraud then their is no need to give explanation but as it is giving explanation it means it is a fraud company.

------2 persons, who call themselves as Directors opened the company.Their interview includes a written test and a monet taking round. I[censored] r from outside Bangalore and u seem well off with money then U r selected .
Trust me they don't bother written test...

Its 50k to 1lakh depending on their mood and their need...

north Indians, People who ask questions on companies such as projects and other sensitive matters are not SELECTED..

There are no Project Managers, Tech Lead, projects.

They give a training on Java which is not a corporate training.This is just an other timepass session where they want to showcase that they are into projects.

What does Company work on???
Answer: PPT's on some topics, Termination of people with Brains, Taking money from people and give it as salary only for a month...

Salary: Don't expect from this company,

Achievements:: Successfully cheating people, Destroying careers of innocent desperate Graduates.

Technology: Java in summer, Dot net in Winter

Currently they are in a BOOM in cheating people.
