[Resolved]  Kajaria Ceramics — Defective Wall Tiles

I have purchased wall tiles of Kajaria Ceramics (advertised as Joint Free Wall Tiles) for one of the bathroom at my residence. Firstly, these tiles are not not joint free and are defective. Secondly there is no standard maintained even in the printing of the tiles, it varies hugely from box to box. I brought the matter to the dealer, Turakhia Innovation, from whom the tiles were purchased & he put up the complaint to the Company. The Company representative, Mr. Mihir, visited my place and confirmed that there was a defect in the tiles, but since quite a few of these tiles were already affixed, he said that the Company would provide me with some monetary compensation and that someone from the company would come and take sample of 2 defective tiles . Its been 40 days but nobody has bothered to collect the tiles inspite of my following up with Mr. Mihir. Now, today he tells that the Company cannot do anything about this as the "Project" is too small and the wall tiles have been already fixed. This is nothing but cheating the small consumer. I request you to kindly look into the matter and help.
