Dear Sir,
I purchased granilia almando standard floor tiles of kajaria ceramics for my kitchen at my residence at purosree , chandannagar from
Daya Mayee Marble & Granite ,
Hooghly Station Road,
P.O. & Distt. Hooghly,
on 14.3.2010. After completion of the work we noticed that the tiles were defective,there were fine hairy cracks over the tiles.I brought the matter to the dealer from whom the tiles were purchased,( Daya Mayee Marble & Granite). They told me that authorized person would visit my house to verify the matter. If it was found defective they would replace . However despite my repeated reminder over phone nobody has bothered to come over here .Last week when I talked to them they told me that they are not getting time at present. Actually I do not understand whether such defective tiles were actually stamped by Kajaria ceramics as standard grade or the fault is with local dealer. I am writing the letter to you for necessary help and advice.
