[Resolved]  Kala Zone Silk Mills — Mentally Haressment

I had Ordered a 20000/- of Dress Material & Sarees Total they have send a 77 material but in this they have send 16 material of defactive piece.Again i have send them back through courier.but no response from their side. After this i have order of 20000/- material on 18/08/08 but yet they have not send it me. I make a call to them they tranfer the line here n their and telling we have send it you will receive with in week.Around 30 call i had made it to them by mobile but they are just tranfering the line.each every person asking the same question what is your name? How much u have ordered.Making fool of me Please do the needful.

The best way Aslam is too visit them personally and tell them about this problem and if they delay just make a formal police complaint if you have all the documents and proof of purchase with the defected material along with you.

i am madhuri.i place an order in kalazone after see T. V. advertiesment.

now i am very pleased because i got the parcel of product timely.
and all the product are very nice.

i am Rinku Ghosh from Guwahati Assam. i have place an order on sep they send me the wrong sarees i send them back to kala zone but again they have done the same mistake. whenever i give an oder they send the wrong parcels. and 1 more thing is whenever i said to customer care that they i have a complain then they are very rude especially Mr. Dev.all are very rude to the customers.
m not satisfied with kala zone.
