[Resolved] Kalazone.in — Not received the Order | |
I am Sireesha.P, I have made a purchase of worth Rs. 2300 on http://www.kalazone.in/ after viewing their TV Ad recently. I made this purchase on April 4th 2008. I made payment through paypal online and paid the entire amount at the time of purchase. Look at what Kalazone.in has done. They have sent the order in VPP to my house address. Since the delivery was in VPP, they demanded the entire amount for the same goods again. This totally amiss from kalazone.in. This delivery was not accepted by me, for the reason they were asking me to pay again for goods which I had already paid.. We have still not received the delivery from Kalazone.in so far. I call up their office and there are 2 people who take up the calls by name of Rajesh, and Tiwari from kalazone.in They do not respond properly and only say they are processing the orders. Can someone please help!!! I have placed an order on the 06/03/09 and my account has been debited. I have not received my goods. I tried logging in to the Kalazone website and it states the Kalazone account has been suspened and to contact billing support. Please explain whats going on also i have tried calling the phone number provided and unable to reach any operator recording states the number is invalid. I need to know if Kalzone is still operating and when i will receive my goods.

I logged in to this site to purchase their material shown in TV. But after coming across to their customer support system i am really glad that i did not made the payment to kalazone. I can understand that they might be having problem in handeling so many customer but they should first set up their customer service sytem well and then only start delivering the product. I am a regular online purchaser but never failed to receive anything from branded online shopping website. I thank all who had share their experience with us so that we do not face fraud in future with kalazone. thanks again.

I saw kalazone ad on Zoom channel. I was very impressed but after seeing so much complaints about the service and material i have withdrawn my idea. Thanks for suggestion.

I received an email from KalaZone on Thursday stating that the had some Technical issues and it has now been rectified. it is dissappointing that it worked only for a few hours and then the same warning comes up and to contact billing support.
Kalazone is very quick to debit the account for the goods but when it comes to delivering, the service is
very poor and also when i emailed them to clarify the status of my order they donot even respond to the question.
Even if they are having Technical issues they should advise customers on the status of the orders they should not keep customers in the dark. very poor customer service

i too faced a problem with this co. I saw the ADD IN STAR UTSAV and I placed the order of rs 30099 . I received the goods with in 15 days first i ordered 12 of this month and they gave me the order no 831 on 16 of this month and they deleiver the goods on 23 at 3.00pm but the received the goods is not mine i call the people but they are not respondinggood with their customers They send us an order which was different as what we have and the quality of the product was so bad that it cant be used neither be gifted to some one please take action immediatly and i was very dissappointed when my sister told me the goods is not their i gifted the goods to my sister

I too placed an order with kalazone for 2990/- but thankfully i have not made the payment. After viewing the programme in Star Utsav, i called the numbers. first the person who picked the call asked to make the payment first and then the product will be delivered later when i called the other number the person took my order and asked me to make the payment to the postal person who will deliver the product. i already gave the order. after reading all the complaints about the customer support and service, iam withdrawing my order. Thanks to all those who have taken their time to send the emails to warn us from being fooled.

I am surprised to see the appreciation mails from customers. If someone is satisfied why they are writing the same with Comsumer Complaint Board???
Even who are interested in franchise instead of contacting the vendor they are writting queries to complaint board!!! No need to mention they provide their contact number, website address etc 100 times in their advt. If someone has seen the advt and thinking of franchise, will they ask contact detail here in complaint board?? After reading the complaints they made their mind or what??
I just saw the TV add and thought to buy something. Seeing the complaints I started thinking twice, but seeing the above in complaint board it seems the Mill is trying to defend themselves instead of making improvement.
