[Resolved]  Kalazone.in — Not received the Order

I am Sireesha.P, I have made a purchase of worth Rs. 2300 on http://www.kalazone.in/ after viewing their TV Ad recently. I made this purchase on April 4th 2008. I made payment through paypal online and paid the entire amount at the time of purchase.

Look at what Kalazone.in has done. They have sent the order in VPP to my house address. Since the delivery was in VPP, they demanded the entire amount for the same goods again. This totally amiss from kalazone.in. This delivery was not accepted by me, for the reason they were asking me to pay again for goods which I had already paid..

We have still not received the delivery from Kalazone.in so far.

I call up their office and there are 2 people who take up the calls by name of Rajesh, and Tiwari from kalazone.in

They do not respond properly and only say they are processing the orders.

I had made the purchase of rupees 2182 but my order was not accepted so in my order history i got nothing therefore i again made order of same for thrice but still it was same so kindly pay attentiaon towards my complaint and short out where is the problem and send my good as I ordered.

I had placed the order of sarees which costs 2182 rupees but it was not received so I placed oreder again considering technical fault so I got same therefore i placed oreder nearly four to five times in oreder to be received there but still same so kindly pay attentian towars my request and send send sarees which I have placed in order.

I visited in your showroom in Ambala cantt. and I felt that products of your company are really good.

Never Order any Fridges from Haier as if it is defective they take a yesr to get it replaced after taking the original product that also after wasting thousands of rupess on calls.. All i got was only bad service and nobody knew where the replacement fridge was and were tossing me around to different departments.. I have all the invoice dates of when the fridge was taken and when it was replaced to me..

PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY HAIER FRIDGES OR APPLIANCES AS IT IS LIKE VISITING HELL TO GET IT REPLACED

i have been watching the add since last year now we are planning to buy from kalazone but after reading all the complaints i am totally confused what shall i do? i think kalazone should prove their authenticity regarding their products ...
I, Milton placed a order at kalazone on 15th Nov, 09 (Order No. 4485) via Kalazone website after viewing the commercial shown the tv. The details of the order is given below.

1 x COTTON DESIGNER NECK DAMAN (D2897) = Rs.616.00
1 x GEORGETTE TISSUE EMBROIDERY (S1617) = Rs.1, 497.00
1 x GEORGETTE DOUBLE BORDER (S1678) = Rs.747.00
1 x PURE COTTON MIROR EMBROIDERY (D2742) = Rs.548.00
Sub-Total: Rs.3, 408.00
Flat Rate (Best Way): Rs.380.00
Total: Rs.3, 788.00

The booking was done in form of VPP.
Unfortunately on 7th Dec, 09 I received a parcel from kalazone via Dept. of Post, Agartala. When I open that parcel it contain only three low quality product the details of the product is given below.

That means, after paying of 3788.00 Rupees I get only 430.00 Rupees product. Immediately I placed a complain to kalazone via telephone as well as FAX media. I get a reply that this problem is created by of Post dept so accordingly they placed a complain in the post dept.
But I told severally that the weight written in the bill, sent by themselves is equal to the parcel which I received from post office i.e. 2170 grams. Where as the amount and the product name is same as I placed on the website. That means the average weigh of the each product is 543.5 grams. Where as the weight of each product is given below (as per kalazone website)

1 x GEORGETTE DOUBLE BORDER (S1678) = 800 grams

Total weight of the whole product is 3550 grams
That’s means the weight product shown in the site or adv. Is not same as actual product or some employee intentionally cheating us.
Initially they reply properly and saying that they are trying but now they are now properly behaves particularly an employee name Rajesh. Now I realized that I am doing a wrong deal and I may not go for online shopping any more. So request all the personal aware about this if possible do something for me or punished that cheater company.

I wanted to purchase some dress material from Kalazone but after seeing so many complaints, I have changed my mind. I would like to suggest the company to pay heed to the complaints raised by its customers if it wants to expand its business. I would like to make a purchase from Kalazone once favourable comments about the business and staff start pouring on this site.

After seeing Kalazone in a TV add...
My wife was interseted in starting a Business by getting pdts from Kalazone.
And has also collected some bulk money to start the business at home.
We are planning to visit Kalazone and purchase some sarees etc next week.

After reading all the complaints, somewhere in the corner of my mind, I m feeling worried of the service and quality of Kalzone.
Should I support my wife to start and continue the business or drop the plan.

Please suggest me.
Help me take a wise step.

Hi. This is Pavithra from Bangalore. I had ordered sarees and dress material online. Ihave recieved my products on time. I suggest it is better to give cash on delivery. If you make the payment trough paypal you may face problems. Instead of that you can give cash after getting your products. I have recieved my products within seven days of order.
