Kalkaji Gas Service — Non delivery of gas cylender after booking

I booked gas for home delivery on 22 September2009 but till today 14 October2009 not deliver whenever i make phonecall to their representative he says it must be delivered.Iam very sorry to say we are facing much problem due this type of service & is regular happening with H.P.My gasagency distributor,s name isJatinder Kumar.

Kalkaji Gas Service, Shop No-4, LII-LIG DDA Shopping Center, Kalkaji, Black Marketing the Indane Gas with the help of various local suppliers and pimps in the Kalkaji area of New Delhi. They delay the original Gas booking numbers for more than 15 to 20 days instead of a 3 day delivery and do not respond to their registered phone numbers[protected],[protected],[protected]. If the consumer approaches with the greivance, they respond that "gas aage se hi der se aa rahi hai, intezaar karo ya kahin aur se connection le lo." They seem to have connections with the local police, threatening about the same carry out their dadagiri. The tempos filled with Indane Gas and the pimps with bogus customer receipts leave that Indane Gas godown every morning and reach the local open gas suppliers who fill small cylinders and sell the Gas in Black Market. Nobody has a catch on this. This information is to bring this to the notice of the local public and other governing bodies who can make a check on this and stop this illegal activity going on in open.
