Kalpana Gas Agency — Horrible ,No service at all.

Very poor Service,No serviue atll on Phone.if somebody is listening please take there licsence back.
They dont even listen to Customers.

I don't know how these people are still here in the business. I can say this particular agency is a black spot to INDANE itself. Take action and cancel the agency. F*#$ing service, I've fed up dialing these numbers 23209122, 23305262, 23305354. from past one week and all the time busy... wait thats not it.. if it rings nobody will pick... again 2 min later... it will be busy.. I don't understand what the F*#$ they do sitting there. SERIOUSLY THIS NEEDS ATTENTION. Don't mind the words... because i'm fed up this much with the bloody service.

each time we order a gas cylinder the service man comes and asks for extra money and, when we do not give extra money he uses harsh words. why should we pay extra? plz see our bill details and take some action.

Kalpana Gas Agency — Phone always busy

The service of Kalpana Gas Agencies is very bad. Whenever we are calling, we are getting a recorded message as the lines are busy.

I have been trying and trying but the same message iam getting and in between if it rings, nobody lifts the phone.

this is one of the worst services they have. i would suggest them atleast to have online bookings so that nobody can disturb them.

Kalpana Gas Agency — recycle cylinder will not delivery at a time

Hello Sir / Madam,

This is to inform that we will book residence recycle gas after 30 days but the delivery will be after 8 to 10 days but in the bill delivary will be as on booking date & next month they will book next cylinder as the the date which we have recived cylinder previous cylinder.

As well as this going on you can know that every month 10 day's is nothing we are losing minimum of 2 months cylinder & at the same time government also losing 2 months income from direct consumers.

Please take care this subject & as well as you should take care consumer problem & government profit at same time coreption in this residencial gas cylinder.

Kalpana Gas Agency — i have been given a message that the gas cylinder is delivered but i didn't recieve any

i have booked the gas on 3rd september with the refill booking number 678450 at 6:18 am. i got a message at 2:18pm on 13th sep that the cylinder has been delivered with the cash memo [protected]. the person didn't deliver us any cylinder. what should i do next.

Invoice no[protected], Rs.917.5 generated for Indane LPG refill. Cylinder is under delivery, please share DAC 2482 with delivery men on receipt of refill.
This is the message I received. Even with in the subsidy why I am getting the gas for high price.
