[Resolved]  Kankariya Gas Agency New Sangvi Pune-411027 — Unprofessional, rude, poor service

Every time I have to order for a new gas cylinder at the Kankariya gas agency, they never pick up the phone until you have tried atleast 4-5 times, besides the lady who answers the call is highly rude & has a dont-care attitude.

I once visited this agency and I observed that that the desk phone of the lady who takes phone orders for cylinder refills, was put off the hook and she was having a nice chat with the ladies around.

The boy/person who comes to deliver the gas cylinder at home, never keeps change, you have to give him exact change each time, else be sure to not get your remaining amount.

The delivery of the gas cylinder is also not on the same day as that committed on the phone, while taking the order details.

This gas agency is truly not functioning well & needs to be taken to task for all the trouble it is causing to its customers and highly penalized for this.

Its very veryyyyyyyyyyyyy true.
They never pick up calls .The women who works talks very rudely .They never gives us printed prices receipt.
The delivery person asks extra money for delivery without booking. HP should consider about this dealer now we have changed our dealer .Who has efficient working system.

The delivery person don't give receipt so that he can get extra money from us. I relized after I had experience.
And the lady who take call for refill gas speak very rudely, firt of when we call it is busy don't know whether put call aside or not ..after callign them 10-12 times, , no once picks up call ..if pick up lady never gives you exact date so by facing all issue I feel that HP should look into matter or we have to change delear..
When I gone through above complaint I feel it is not happen with me only.it happens to everyone who have HP Kankaria delear
I agree. But not sure on will this post be able to solve the problem which the people are facing on daily basis. Even they have started a new thing now a days they will not give you the cylinder till 20 days evenafter you have booked it..they will say the door was locked when the delivery boys came to your place ? now the question is how to cope up with this...not sure where to go and what to do about them..
