[Resolved]  Kapils Salon And Academy — Wrong Commitments

U know what becoz of this compliant they have called me up ...as agreed to this false thing ...but they are telling the so called color(Loreal) for which i paid rs 4500 including taxes ...the color is not permanant its last only for 15 days in the roots ...what color they are offering ...its better to buy some normal consumer products like garnier or streax...atleast it last for 3 months

If this would have told me before i would have never gone for coloring my hair

every 15 days shell out some etc money and wasting of our time
I must say what a service Kapils provide

So floks think abt colouring ur hair with no gaurantee

same thing happened to me too..but mine was a hair rebounding..they told me they applied a loreal product..but the very next day there waves in my hair it was not at all worth.

Commenting @ Rekha ... Dear Rekha, I understand your comment. I have been a regular client to the kapils salon. I am not guiding you with any brand in particular, but it is very important to use the right shampoo and conditioner post-colour so that your colour is locked in. If you use any commercial shampoo your colour is bound to fade off before time for the detergent used in the shampoo... i would suggest you use a vitamino colour shampoo and conditioner or professional shampo for coloured hair after your colour service. Then you will not have the problem of colour fading. :-) and it also depends on your hair growth... you might have a faster growth and hence your grey shows faster than a regular growth. 15 days is a normal growth for hair...

Commenting @ Prerna ... Dear Prerna, There are many reasons of why your hair has got waves... Like even if you are sweating on your scalp, or have tied or clipped your hair... also if you sleep with your hair bend, would cause waves. 3 days after bebonding is important for you to take care without letting any water particle enter your hair... I had my sister get a rebonding in kapils salon and it was great, , , just that we took great care for 3 days... also that there are special shampoos and conditioners for rebonded hair that you must use. if you use a normal shampoo the effect will not stay long... :-)

i m planning to do rebonding from kapils ... can anyone suggest ...if it is safe ...and for how many days does it lasts ...and will it damage my hairs ??????

@gisselle i want to comment u that i used a proper shampoo a branded shapoo that is guided by kapils saloon only ...colour shampoo and conditioner or professional shampo ...but the result is really very bad after colouring ...and my growth of my hair is also not that good for clour start fading in a week ...its a matter of wrong commitment given at kapils saloon ...if there no guarantee i wont coloured my hair .they have given me a guarantee for 6 months but result was only for 15 days...if this was told i would never been coloured my hair by paying rs 3800 bucks ..i am not mad to spend this for a 15 days color

i suggest not to go for kapils saloon ...better search some good saloon who give a good service

I am agree with this all comments, now a days they have tranies to cust the hair they charge 221 bucks and the they says pofessionals they charge more than 550, but personally had the experience that in short there is no one is professional who can altest tell us what hair style will suites you, even the when you enter the saloon check the receiptionlist attitute...its not worth to go there ...

I have been a regular client of Kapils Goregoan and the services are really great.

The Staff attitude is friendly and helpful.

They suggest awesome styles and the ambience is really great

I suggest we always should try for hairstyles and good grooming

its not abt hairstyle ..but it abt false commitment given by KAPIL saloon.. hardly pay 300 to 500 for hairstyling ..but i have paid rs 4500 for hair colouring and had a very bad experience.

I aman kapils salon member now for the past one year. I became a member with their Borivali outlet and now i take my services at Kandivali outlet as i have shifted there.For men, they are essentially agood facial and hair styling salon. .The quality of service varies among the skin therapists & hair stylists at both Borivali & Kandivali outlet. But I must say, some of their experienced personnel are extremely good, especially for facials. When taking an appointment, alwaysask for your chosen stylist or therapist to service you..Better to opt for annual kapils salon membership(costs you 500 bucks)then going for one time service.With couple of ervices or three of them you will vassol the Rs. 500. (Yes, non-members pay a 20% higher price). Pricing for a facial range from Rs. 700-800 to Rs. 2500/-.The price is for a good service, which I continue to get visit after visit after visit.

dont visit kapils salon ..its not worth wasting money on their service...the color or rebounding they do hardly last ...for 15days

Yes.. They are totally unprofessional, just showing off that they are the experts. I have decided I will never go to Kapils's neighter for haircut nor for hair color and will suggest the same to others

Dear Readers, Kindly dont forget Kapils Hair salon is AN ACADEMY AND SALON and when they dont have any of their so called specialist, they fake their trainees and specialists in order to earn few money!!! They have the talent to ruin the smallest section of your hair, called BANGS IN THE WORST POSSIBLE WAY THAT EVEN THEIR SO CALLED SPECIALISTS CANT FIX IT. I visited Kapils salon in thane Viviana Mall on 13th January 2015 and they handed over my hair to a trainee claiming him to be a stylist. I tried verifying 3-4 time whether does he know to cut bangs or not and the receptionist further nodded and left me with months of embaressment. Kindly avoid going to Kapils salon.

They play with customers money and feelings.they are most unprofessional employee working with them, especially Borivali-w.branch,
i would describe them as a CHEATERS.

This mail is to bring you in notice that to get "Best L'oreal professional Indian hairdressing award" every saloon require votes from public to get votes you had actually started a tempted campaign to give free hair cut or clean up by voting kapil as a best hairdresser and and warn all the client to book appointment on 31 jan 2015, i got this message and done the voting against that i got the message from loreal to thank for vote and after that i had book appointment for 18 feb 2015 this same thing i had convey to my sister and she had also done the same thing and book appointment for 5 feb 2015, but the realty is different when she visited saloon today at 2.15pm at borivali branch they said that our system is not showing the appointment despite of we having call record as a proof and same showed at the counter but they did not encourage this not olnly apply to my sister (Ms.Pooja Pipalia) but also i have call again today to check whether my appointment is confirm or not but the same sad reply came from borivali branch despite i am having my call records as a proof and done all the necessary procedure which was asked by your company.
may be there is problem with borivali branch beacuse my Freind Mr.karan had done haircut yesterday by just showing voting message that he received at viviana mall thane.
this is not client mistake, this mistake is from your side we are calling and taking the appointment but if you do not register it, it is your fault you are playing with someone feeling and misguiding the public.
i would appreciate the reply and if i do not get it in 48 hrs i would understand you are not bother about your clients and running business unprofessionally.

Worst service ever... Chip service..for the first time I visited vashi branch in Raghuleela mall, got worst service. N took 100 rs.extra just bcoz there was oil in my hair..they r not steady with one client.when I was done with hair wash another employee came 4 dryer ..they r really not professional.. Fully disappointed with kapils
