This is Ashwini i had done a hair smoothening on 18/11/2015 they have promised for hair Smoothing that the shine would stay for atleast 12 months as there was a shine nd smoothening gaurantee for hair covering ...but within 1 weeks the hair started to be dry from roots ...then again i went to kapils salon ...they told me for the first instance i have to touch up once and then it would be ok ...but agin the same thing happened within 1 week again the dry hair started to get visible ...i am highly disapponted with the serviced rendered by Kapils Salon in Kandivali near by poisar gym khana
I really suggest not to go to Kapils salon for any hair treatment or color its totally of fake promises and not worth for money which we pay
its totally waste of Money use full salon
They play with customers money and feelings.they are most unprofessional employee working with them, especially Kandivali-w branch,

I have been a regular at Kapils for almost 3-4 years now. But they seem to be increasingly becoming indifferent towards customers. Appointments are given randomly without validating availability. there is no respect for clients time. The people manning the reception desk change frequently and their competency seems to be deteriorating. Their stylists - Raj is good but inconsistent and Shridhar - arrogant. They let novices experiment at times - as I found to the cost of a horrendous hair cut for my son. The only reason they have these two stars are for Uzma who makes the most mundane services a delight!! I finally give up my association with kapil's salon

I got that done on 31st dec 2015.
it has been only 14 days and the treatment has not given any effect on my hair. In fact after first wash my hair was back to normal. They told that it will give a nice effect waves will relaxed smooth and it will last for 3 months but nothing happened . It has not stayed for a week also.

Total waste of time. The worst experience i had today. Got free service from shopper stop which is total waste and when we go to salon to get it done they have no time to do and once they start doing the service they force us to do additional service as well. I told them to do free basic haircut and confirmed with hair stylist as well but he did some useless haircut and have to pay for it which i haven't told them to do. Didn't even give the bill for the service which i did not even want them to do.
Kapil saloon ahmedabad staff is bull.. Manoj calls him a hairstylist i guess someone should tell him to change his profession
They r not even worth rating but yes I would like to expose their lies. The card they distribute at mall entrance says that hair cutting+washing+blowing all for 150Rs. Once you reach the reception this changes to only a specific style/cut and that too won't suit me as per their specialists opinion and shud go for their usual charges of Rs 600 and this opinion sharing was given after keeping us waiting for half an hr. This strategy of fooling customers by distributing cards at mall entrance won't work long as people realise ur lies and hence will never turn back to u as u already appeared as con party in customers view point.
This is Pooja Malesh... I would love 2 thank kapils salon for helping me with the most concerned issue of mine... I used to have frizzy hairs, due to which I couldn't carry myself so perfectly.. Special thankx to Mr. KALPESH GOYAL (mulund branch) for making things rite for me... He has actually made my hairs look better...

I can give you multiple reason to NOT to go to kapils salon.
1. When its your first time, staff will be very sweet and convince to to buy membership which offers many free services. But once you are member you are no one. They will neglect you like anything.
2. No 1 personal is assigned to you. 1 personal will wash your hair, another come with dryer and someone else will do your your haircut.
3. Arrogant reception staff.
Dont fall under their free services trap. When you avail free services which are included i. Their membership they will treat you like charity, and least professional personal will serve you, who is not properly trained.
Place is not clean. So many staff gathered at one place. Sometimes they will offer y9u tea coffee, sometimes you have to ask for water again and again

I got my hair smoothening done..specifically asked to do it in a way to permanent straightening. Since i am unaware of products they us..i just specified that i want to do permanent straightening however the smoothening thing..which i have been doing for years nut from a different guy..which in this case for a change thought to try it at kapils poisar branch. Well..it been hardly 2months and my hair has got frizzy at the crown. In all my earlier experiences. .never faced any issue as such. Am very disappointed.
Worst place ever...They say something and do something. They do not even follow their own commitments and give fake reasons for that

This salon deserves one star for serving me tango juice. Anyway, we don't visit salon for that purpose. I did my hair cut last sat which turned out very badly. My hair stylist Rohan didn have a courtesy to ask me once about my new look.
