Karbonn A1 — speaker problem

I am writing to inform you about the faulty mobile phone that I have purchased it is

karbonn mobile A1.

I am G.Veeraraghavan, On the 1st september 2011, I bought a brand new karbonn A1 mobile .

However, upon one week o[censored]sing it, problems started to appear. The speaker was not

working. Also, the monitor is getting blurred which makes it difficult for me to see the

SMS messages clearly. I was very surprised to discover such problems in quite an expensive

model.we went to the service center (Cell tech limited in Egmore) they gave us a

certificate to replace the mobile with the brand new from the same store where i purchased

i.e.Saravana stores Purasawalkam, Purasavakkam High Road, Chennai, Tamil
Nadu.
After a few days i had the similar problem with the mobile and again i went to cell tech

for exchange they told me to wait.

please sir kindly refund us the money.
