[Resolved]  Karbonn A1 — it's getting hot while charging and not switching on

the delivery of karbonn a1 took place on 04/05/12 at bhubaneshwar. on 11 th of may i brought this mobile from my cousins house (subrat) from his residence in packed condition.when i opened the box every accessories were there what was predefined to me.when i fixed the battery and charged the mobile it was getting too hot and it did not switch on.Even i have not used it for a moment also.till now it is totally new and in a packed condition.so irequest you please it kindly be replaced with a new one so that the goodwill relationship exist till ever.Here i would like to remind you that i am a regular shopper and i will continue to shop aroound you and i have no complaints or animosity towards you.The deal must be fair one and each one should be trustworthy to each other.The veracity of my statement can be ascertained by seeing the mobile handset.
