Karbonn A9+ — service centers work

i have buy a mobile karbonn a9+ for 8500/- on 06/01/2013. it get dead on 29/01/2013. i have submitted it on auth service center on 29/01/2013. they send it to head office for repairing. today is 28/02/2013 almost a month but they still not repaired my mobile. i have called to head office then they said few day sir, few days all the time i called. i asked for refund then they directly reject that term then i said OK but plzz do fast & parcel it to me but no again few days ...& no one tell specific day or must be just cut off call. plz do something . I'm struggling very badly....
