[Resolved] Karbonn KC441 — change of battery and back cover of mobile | |||
Sir, I had purchased Karbonn mobile KC441 from Chandigarh but I am residing in Patiala. There was a problem in my battery and back cover of my moblie set is broken which I had shown to the service centre at Patiala "Ganesh Electricals". Mr. Dhiraj present there told me that battery of my mobile and its back cover is out of stock and I had written to the Company regarding battery KC441 of 3.7.V. Since 2 months have passed Mr. Dhiraj told me that company is not sending the stock of battery. My phone is dead without the battery as it is a dual SIM mobile iwth GSM and CDMA facility. I bought K441 model Jan2010. Since the date of buying it is not working properly.I gave it for repairing. Still it is in the same status. I dont know what todo.
Will you ple give me the address email and ph no of the executive whom we should get free replacement or exchange of different model.

I am also facing similar problem with this mobile phone. I understand that the back cover of this phone is broken due to the battery being bulged, this is due to usage of non-recommended mobile charger.

Karbonn-KC441 — Karbonn Sevice
I had purchased one Karbonn KC441 IMEI No. [protected] on 12th May 2009. The same was given for repairing on 17th Nov. 2009 at Accel Frontline Delhi. Till date I have not got the set repaired back. I have visited several times the service center neither they are returning back the handset nor any date for delivery the same. Now they are saying that they are not getting part from Karbonn. Worst after sale service.
