My brother purchased Karbonn Mobile Model No. K560 Warranty Status [protected], IMEI No. [protected]. It was working fine for 5-6 months after that it started giving trouble. First the keypad was not working then the battery. For servicing I contacted the delar from where I purchased the Mobile M/s Paras Mobile, Near Akshaya Bhandar, Kuvempunagar, Mysore, they suggested me to visit KARBONN Mobile Authorised Service Centre M/s R.C. Service Point, # 646/2, Narayana Shastri Road, Near Shanthala Theatre, K.R. Mohalla, Mysore, Phone No.[protected]. I gave it for servicing and then I received the mobile with the Keypad replacement on[protected] vide their receipt No. 412 after paying Rs.395/-. Again it gave problem with the battery, I gave it back to the Service Centre and I collected the mobile vide Receipt No. 202, dated[protected] after paying Rs. 485/-. After receiving the mobile I checked for keypad, it was not working still, so I gave it back to service on[protected] Job Sheet No. 215. Till-to-date they have not given me the serviced mobile. Authorized service people are very negligent, irresponsible and don’t know how to behave with the customers. I am really fed up with this company mobile. Two days back also I visited service centre for the 22nd time wasting 1 hour of my precious time. One Mr. Raghu from the Service Centre told me to come on September 2, 2010. I have made it clear to him that If they don’t give it on that day, I will go to Consumer Court with all the details. Today, dated September 2, 2010 I visited the Service Centre, now they are saying that the mobile can't be repaired and it is of no use and they denied my the refund also. They harrased me like anything in front of so many customers.
