[Resolved]  KASGANJ GAS COMPANY — Non delivery of booked cylender on 20-11-09

Dear Sir,
I am regular customer of HP gas services with consumer no. 648175. I have booked for gas cylender on 20-11-09, but till today i did not get my cylender. Yesterday when I went at Kasganj Gas Company to clear about my position.They told me that after 10-12 days you will get gas cylender.and they openly give gas cylender Rs 500- 650 without book.
So I request you to kindly consider my compaints and send 2 gas cylendar as soon as possible.
