[Resolved]  Kelvinator Refrigerator Super Cool 200L — table top cracked

Hi,
i have perchaged Kelvinator refrigerator super cool 200l model on 7/11/2007 having model & chasis no. KD200LGHST under one year warranty from your kurukshetra dealer 'Moon Light Traders'. I make a complaint regarding my table top cracked 3 months ago to the local customercare centre, but till today my complaint is pending . would you please tell me how mwny months kelvinator will take for that or is it a company which make fool of customers.
