Kenstar — No Proper Action

I have bought a Kenstar Air Cooler on 2nd May, 2012.

Model No: CL-CD-2008
Its oscillator motor was not working since 21 june and i logded a complaint on 22 june, 2012 and the customer care person registered a complaint with complaint no. 724viz[protected].
It was almost 3 months and till now there has been no any action taken on the same.
And today the service engineer came to my home and asked for the original bill copy, after showing the warranty card in original and in duplicate.
It has been no where written on the warranty card to produce the original bill to get the service.
And they are saying they will not do the service until and unless i produce the original bill. Then i just want to ask the company, what is the use of giving us the warranty card when they are asking for the bill.

I purchaed a Microwave oven from FAIZABAD UP, JUST AFTER PURCHASE I AM FACING LOTS OF PROBLEM, AFTER REGISTERING SEVERAL COMPLAINTS FROM LAST 6 MONTH NO ONE CAME.

Kenstar — Food processor is faulty, issue not addressed

We purchased Kenstar food processor from Virmani appliances (Karol bagh) and have warranty card as well.
Very first day its lock started getting unlocked and jammed the procesor, we logged the complaint DEL[protected]. Technician visited and told that this is the replacement case and supervisor will visit our home again for confirmation. Till now no one has turned up. We lodged complaint 3 times after a long wait but every time they closed that automatically without any reason. Very poor service, I want my food procesor to be replaced or money back as its under warranty.

Kenstar Iron — IRON GIVEN FOR REPAIRING NOT RETURNED / REPLACED.

IT IS REALLY A SORRY SIGHT AND A MATTER OF DISGRACE THAT A TOP BRAND COMPANY LIKE KENSTAR CAN CHEAT PEOPLE AND TREAT THEM SO BADLY. I HAD PURCHASED A KENSTAR DRY IRON IN MAR 2012 AND UNFORTUNATELY A NON HEATING PROBLEM OCCURED AND I SENT IT TO THE KENSTAR SERVICE CENTRE IN LAKE TOWN. MY COMPLAIN WAS LODGED ON 12.9.12 , REFER COMPLAIN NO KOL[protected]. BUT EVEN AFTER 4 MONTH I AM STILL TO GET THE PRODUCT BACK OR EVEN A SATISFACTORY REPLY , EVEN THOUGH THE PRODUCT IS STILL UNDER GUARANTEE. I HAVE CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE MORE THAN 50 TIMES BUT NO SATISFACTORY REPLY / POSITVE RESPONSE HAS BEEN RECEIVED.
IS IT CUSTOMER CARE???????????????????????
I AM SORRY TO STATE BUT EVEN AFTER BUYING A BRANDED PRODUCT , A CUSTOMER IS CHEATED AND TREATED LIKE THIS, IT IS REALLY SHAMEFUL ON THE PART OF THE COMPANY. AND PLEASE INSTEAD OF WASTING MONEY ON COMMERCIALS , KENSTAR SHOULD INVEST IT IN CUSTOMER CARE.

PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND ENSURE THAT A CONSUMER IS NOT CHEATED.

Kenstar do not provide service. They in the name of srevice cheat the customer. The service man version and the manager level people at the service center at Bangalore speak just opposite to each other. No commitment for repair being done and its not possible to depend on their words. Product is not stable also. People should not purchase any product of Kenstar.

Kenstar — Microwave stopped working 4 times in last 6 months

I purchased the Microwave about 6 months back and since then it stopped working 4 times. Customer service people send the person to repair/change the part but still the problem remain the same. Again it stopped working yesterday. I want the unit to be replaced by new one.
