[Resolved]  Kenstar — Ban kenstar in india

Sir,
I reside in Pimpri-chinchwad, Pune. I have kenstar products in my home & i didnt know that kenstar donot provide after sales service in india. I have right kenstar washing machine giving problems. Problem faced is washing timer is not working & the timer replacement is required & i have registered 2 complaints since last 10 days. Nobody has turned up nor any call received from their side.I have traced around two dozen contact nors just to get the service done but none of them have so far solved the problem. I have committed sin by purchasing kenstar products & for forgiveness, i kindly request indian authorities to BAN/BLACKLIST Kenstar on India soil.

I am in Bangalore. The technician comes and says that he is going to repair it in 24 hrs the Customer Care center declares 12 hour support. All nonsense. We have made calls after calls. It seems the technician has vanished who paid the visit for after sales service. No more Kenstar. Once is enough. Please do not buy Kenstar products. All of their branch office telephone numbers does not work. Nobody knows how the company works in the market. Simply a horrible experience

i bought a kenstar product karishma multi processor MF 0808 worth Rs.4200 in september 2009
v hardly use it and after using it just about 2 or 3 times it was making tremendous noise.
v again tried to use it 3-4 days back and the problem still prevailed so we went to the vendor and he told us to go to kenstar service center but the response there was not at all satisfactory and dont think the technicians are well experienced so as to understand and provide remedy for the issue.
they just changed the knob for which they charged Rs. 20, spoiled our one and a half hour and when v came back home and used it..the knob was cracked.:X
So completely insatisfactory performance of the product and the service.

Kenstar/washing machine — after sale service

Since my washing machine developed some kind of snag and was not working properly.I called Ken star service and after nearly two weeks a mechanic came and replaced a part charging Rs 3200 but after the part was installed ,the machine stopped working completely.I have been calling the numbers given on the cash receipt ,the lines are either switched off or busy. They have a service associate by the name of ,Home Tech Engineers,32/2977/A3 ,Near Catholic Syrian bank,anjumurthy,ponnurunny,vyttila p.o.Kochi 16.Phone.[protected],6456940.I also called toll free[protected]o and 39 40 40 40 but the lines are busy throughout the day.I wonder what to do .can I lodge a police complaint or go to consumer rederessal forum

Kenstar Microwave Om - 20dgq — Micro not working and incomplete utensils

I have purchased Kenstar microwave on December, 2010 but unfortunately it stopped working. When I consulted with the service center engineer he told me that its accessories are incomplete and he will bring it tomorrow and solve my other problems. From till date he has not come. I had many times called the service center but there is no satisfactory response from there side.
So, I request you to look after this matter carefully and take a satisfactory solution.

I bought a Kenstar Convection MWO Ltrs KE CBGJ from M/s Viveks, Adyar, Chennai on 15.08.2009, but its switch panel started malfunctioning within one month itself and once resulting in melting of the microwave safe vessel . After registering a complaint it was serviced two times and was finally replaced after a continuous follow up by a new instrument on 20.05.2010 from ( M/s TEKCARE INDIA PVT.LTD. ) as the malfunctioning persisted .

But regret to inform that this machine is also not working as its heating element has stopped functioning . I have registered a complaint to the customer care on 01.02.2011 and as per that a person from the service center came checked it and I was told to pay Rs.2500 for replacing this part. Since then I am trying to get a reply from the company representative, who is least bothered to do so.

This company should be blacklisted and all its products should be withdrawn from the market .

I don't know how to get out of this mistake of having bought a Kenstar Home Appliance .

Kenstar. Microwave Oven — Front Panel On/OFF SWitch Not working

The complaint for microwavw oven was made for front panel on/off switch not working..The panel was taken by service engineer from ken star on 13th April,2011 .wi th assurance that PCB repair is neede and will be fitted back within two days. After lot of prsuasion the service engineer came after a month with the panel which was still not oin working condition. This was againtaken back for repair with apromise to doo the job in a couple of days . Now after agap of 15 days the job is still to be done.
After sales service very bad. Kenstar scustomer care gives routine reply with no satisfactory answer.

Kenstar — after service

I am JIGNESH GUPTA, residing Mehsana, NG, Gujarat. I have purchased NEW kenstar air-cooler. After using it two days, there was a problem. I loged a complaint for the same. no one is interested in service. I am suffering a lot after investing almost Rs.6500. Right now the cooler is useless.
This is really a shameful. This company should be banned for business in India who is not providing after sales services.

Kenstar Iron Wave — Regarding the BAD SERVICE

I purchased a Kenstar Iron (Wave Model) from Sangavi 1.5 years back with 1 years warranty. After 6 month it was started giving some problems. I complained the same to the shop owner, he was keep saying me that I will convey your problem to concerned person but I didn't get any service. After that I complaint the same twice (Complaint No: PUN[protected], PUN[protected]) to Kenstar service center, after a very long time I get a call from Mr Ganesh (Kenstar Area Manager Pune) he assured me to replace the iron but after 2 months still I am waiting for the service from the Kenstar.
My kenstar washing ms is also not working with its timer not working and its drum bearing assembly damaged. no spares are available. The customer care is not helping to provide service.

Kenstar Washing Machine Model 1000 Rpm — The Time of the Washing Machine required to be changed

The timer of the Washing Machine has not working since last 10 months. But inspite of contacting the Shop M/s Manoranjan Electronics, near Ghode Wala Chouraha, Kota. The Washing machine has not been got repaired. They say that the Timer is not available. What should I do with the Fully Automatic Washing Machine for which I had paid about Rs. 16000/-.

Kenstar India Limited — After Sales Service

Dear Sir,
I have purchased Kenstar iron on 4/11/10 by keeping faith on the company's trade mark. The product has been given a warranty for Three year . i had facing problem in 2 month only.the iron is catching up the heat but it can not brake crease even in a handker chief. i had given it to the authorized service station thrice . but every time they had kept iron with them for almost a month .but they can not solve my problem at all. rather , they are too much hares in the dealing with us. they used abused language & asked us to do what ever i want to do. then i had no option left to go to the consumer forum . so, before that extreme step i feel it's my duty to convey my message to your company.
i think videocon/kenstar had lost his way & looking to burst at any moment.
i had serious problem in my washing machine of videocon too. then i had replaced it with eletrolux.
if you have left any shame & responsibility , please solve my problem as early as possible. else we will meet in consumer forum.if you had lest with any dignity please resolve complain within 24 hours.

I completely agree to it. we are also experiencing the same problem. we bought food processor of kenstar and gave gift to one of our relativ eon Diwali. It did not start at all and we were advised by the seller ( Best Price at Jirakpur ) to contact at toll free number . we logged our complaint on 25/10/2011 since then there is no action taken by them to provide service for the product. we have been given different contact number to ring and to the surpise one dat we we re informaed that this complaint has been closed as it was reported by the engineer that he visited the client home to see the product and found that product is of another brand. WHAT A BIG LIE!!!. No engineer visited the place at at.

I will not recommed people buying products as Kenstar is not able to provide good customer services.

Kenstar Food Processor - Karishma — Terrible Service

I have bought a Kenstar Food processor - Karisma, on Dec 1 from ebay (product code[protected]. When received, it was not working. So called the Kenstar support. They checked and said that a small part is broken and they dont have the part at that point. They assured us that they will replace the part very soon and went off. After calling for 20 times in the next 20 days they only said they still dont have the part. On 26 when I demanded to replace the machine, they came and took the invoice photo copy for the same and told us that they will revert. After waiting for 2 more weeks, when we called them they said they still dont have the part and cannot replace it. I am still waiting to use it for the first time. What should I do? Isn't it pure harassment? Please help me.
